• Question: when you get a headache and you head starts to pound what causes your head to pound

      I believe this is because of your blood vessels and muscles in your head and neck swelling or tightening

      I have just tried to look this up -and it seems it is still not very well understood. Alot of theories talk about some form of malfunction of the nerves in the brain, which cause an inflammation in blood vessels causing pain and “pounding”
