This isn’t really my area, but I believe that robots will be very important in surgery in the future, particularly for very precise surgeries

Robotics can certainly applied in surgery, but also in regenerating the function of limbs and organs. Will we have cyborgs? Maybe!

good question! robots are becoming very important- particularly in very delicate surgery (like brain surgery) or surgery where they start with very very small cuts (so there is less damage). At the moment its still very much watched by a human surgeon when it is done by a robot- but maybe one day it will be all automated (like cars will be??).
